Despite the fact that Booking.com missed up with my booking, as the front desk didn't find my reservation and the hotel was sold out, but the front desk Manager Adel AlMutawa'a went above and beyond to find an alternative option to stay in lower room option and upgraded the room for the following two nights. He was really exceptional as we're a family of six and everything was prepaid, and we were expecting the room is ready at nighttime when we checked in. Really love the villa for family, the staff are wonderful at the front desk and breakfast area. My kids loved the facility and for sure it will be my first choice when i visited Riyadh with my family.
